“ Great spot! Saw an ad on Instagram for this crazy chocolate bread! Got a loaf for Valentines Day! And they Ube bread! Also crazy!! All of it was as incredible as it looked! So glad I actually followed an ad on IG!! Ordered in advance, they confirmed in a timely fashion, got to choose my pickup day, and it was all ready to go when I arrived. Conveniently located and parking was a snap. Cant wait to finish what we have so we can put in another order!! ”
“ Friends have a standing order for bread. We are fortunate that we get their bread when theyre out of town. Bread has a nice dark crust and the crumb is gorgeous. ”
“ Best sourdough bread Ive ever had. I bought the garlicthyme its very subtle and delicious. I love the size and shape too! Yum. Cant stop eating it ”
“ Their bread is amazing and their people are friendly and great. 10 stars for the Masala loaf for always being the star when I bring it to a house party. I do wish their Saturday morning popup at their Howard St location is more reliable, though their folks are always super nice about it when theres a mixup. If you do catch them at the farmers market popup, get the Masala loaf and Masala hand pie. Youll not regret!! ”
“ I cant speak highly enough of this bakery. Z just delivered 40 OG Biscuits and my office is going crazy over them. Not only did they work with my small time frame but they DELIVERED! Lord knows my days are busy as can be so the fact that they were able to get these to me so quickly was the cherry on top. Z, obviously is adored for his delicious biscuits, but I must mention that his beaming smile and calm demeanor are also heavy contributors! These biscuits are packed full of flavor and a true love for the craft. Thank yall so much! We will keep this bakery in our personal and professional rotation for many years to come. ”
“ Amazing sourdough bread and even more amazing story behind the history of the Bakery. Took the Jalapenos Bacon Chedda and the KPop to a house party and was the star of the evening. No, me, the bread. I had a wonderful conversation with Rebecca there at the Bakery and also took two more loaves home. The Ube and the Truffle parm, black pepper. All fantastic. Cant wait to try the rest of the flavors. ”
“ I ran into Rize up bakery on Folsom while running errands. I picked up Ube sourdough loaf which immediately caught my attention. The ube flavor is subtle yet distinct, adding a slightly sweet and earthy taste to the bread. This is a perfectly baked loaf that has a nice crust on the outside while being soft and chewy on the inside. The tangy notes from the fermentation process complement the ube flavor. I highly recommend trying the ube sourdough bread to give the holiday season that unexpected color hue edgy twist! ”
“ Took this bad boy on a hike and everybody was so satisfied. The gochujang loaf was super flavorful and not spicy at all. Wished there was a bit of a kick, but still appreciate the novelty. So glad I found my new fave baker. ”
